Ok so a little about myself and this blog.
I really hope this blog to be a resource for some tips on how to live a healthier lifestyle. Accomplishing this in all aspects such as: diet, relaxation, physical training, etc. I hope that everyone at some point or another takes away something from here that helps them to feel better about themselves.
I also invite and hope that everyone contributes to this blog and educates me on what works for them. Every individual responds to different strategies for weight loss or healthy living in different ways. No one person knows all of them and as I try to share what I know and hope to learn just as much through everyone else. (Socrates once said that the first step to gaining intelligence is realizing that you are ignorant. I think he meant that no one is intelligent and at the same time everyone is. Basically, we can always learn from one another).
A little about me. I live in NY, I am certified in personal training and I am a 4th year medical student (it’s almost over and not a moment to soon). I was a philosophy major (for the Socrates comment) but I’m not one of those corny “let me start each day with an inspirational saying” kind of guy. I can’t do that.
